I had a pleasant stay at the resort, where the rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The location was quite special, being close to an amazing attraction. While the service had its ups and downs with varying levels of helpfulness from the staff, I appreciated the pool area. One downside was that Wi-Fi wasn’t included, which was a letdown considering the advertised amenities.
The resort has a stunning location by a beautiful lake and is just a short walk from The Elephant Sanctuary, which I absolutely loved. The rooms were decent but didn't quite match the price I paid. The service was a mixed bag; while there was a lovely gentleman who helped with local tips, some staff seemed a bit awkward. Overall, it’s a relaxing spot, but there are areas that could use improvement.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is ideally perched beside a beautiful reservoir, making for a picturesque view from my balcony. The rooms were comfortable but didn't meet my expectations considering the price I paid. The service was a mixed bag; while one staff member was incredibly helpful, others lacked friendliness. Overall, there were some good aspects, but a few quality issues kept it from being a perfect getaway.
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The rooms were comfortable, but they didn't quite meet my expectations for the price I paid. The service experience varied; there were some lovely moments but also some awkward interactions. The location was beautiful and close to a stunning reservoir, which was a definite highlight. While the dining options were tasty, it did feel like they could use more variety. Overall, it’s a nice place, but it could use improvements in a few areas.
I had a lovely stay at this resort, where the location is simply breathtaking, especially with views from the balcony. The room was beautifully designed and generally comfortable, but the lack of Wi-Fi was a letdown since it was advertised. The dining experience was decent, featuring a few unique items, but the breakfast could have used some variety. Overall, it's a nice place, yet a couple of things could use improvement.
